PREPARING FOR CLASS:

All NMT classes address myofascial and neuromuscular techniques and bodywork philosophies. They are fast paced and advanced and it helps to familiarize yourself with attachments, fiber direction, ligaments, muscles, joints, spine curvature, nerves, cardiovascular system, and lymph system in advance. Netter’s Atlas Of Human Anatomy book and The Trail Guide book are great resources as well as any other anatomy books you may already have on hand in your personal library. JAW, TMD, TMJD, CRANIOFACIAL: Masseter, Temporalis, Zygomaticus, medial and lateral Pterygoids, Mylohyoid, Diagstric, tongue and throat muscles, facial muscles and structure, Anterior Suboccipitals, Posterior and Lateral Suboccipitals.
