I-NMT for Thigh and Lower Extremity and Biomechanics
16 CE | Thigh, Knee, Foot, Ankle, and Biomechanics
This class is a part of the NMT or Integrated Neuromuscular Myofascial Therapy (I-NMT) series. In this course we cover neuromuscular and myofascial treatments of the Anterior/Posterior/Lateral/Medial compartments of the thigh and of the lower leg. Spend time studying the knee and ankle joints and applied treatments. Biomechanical observations are emphasized in this course.
This course is not to be missed for those practitioners specializing in sports and orthopedic treatments.
PREPARATIONS: Prior to class, it is recommended that students review anatomy of the hip and sacrum, femur, and lower extremity. Review SI, hip, knee, and ankle joints, foot joints. Tendons, ligaments, bursae, muscle bellies, cartilage, cardiovascular, nerve roots and tracks, lymphatic system, skeletal, neural, and fascial are all covered.
